Wildlove Yoga is a heartmade business built and created by Victoria Waits. Her offerings are unique, manifested from the heart and strives to bring people back home to themselves.

With this in mind the terms and conditions for her offerings are as follows:

 

+ Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Wildlove Yoga ("we," "us," or "our") through our website [www.wildloveyoga.com] ("Website"). By accessing or using our Website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

+ Classes are inclusive to all, Victoria feels yoga is for every, body. No matter what age or ability you are, you will be held and supported in your uniqueness. Every class offers layers and suitability to every participant, encouraging students to do what they can, the way they feel comfortable too.

Beginners are welcome to join anytime.

 

+ Your health is top priority within Victoria's sessions, catering for all who attend its important to notify Victoria of any changes of your health. If you have had recent surgery/procedures you will not be able to attend a class/workshop until 6 weeks post surgery. A GP/physio note will be needed to approve your 'sign off' for safe practice.

+ Injuries, previous surgeries and health conditions needs to be shared with Victoria to offer safe and effective guidance. When booking a workshop you will need to fill out the health declaration form.

+ Pregnant students who are complete beginners to yoga are not catered for within Victoria's classes, you will be guided to a recommended local teacher specialized in offering pregnancy yoga. This also applies to sound bath sessions. 

​

+ Yoga mats, blocks and props are NOT provided for classes or workshops. If you are desperate a mat can be borrowed, please contact Victoria asap before attending your practice.

​

+ Health declarations are to be filled in when booking a session, this is to keep your account up to date (regardless of if there are no changes), it complies with Wildlove insurance policies and keeps Victoria in the know about any personal requirements you may have. + No photo policy - This is something sacred to Victoria's offerings, she will never photograph a session while teaching or its participants. If you attend you are welcome to take photos of the set up/alter/soundscape your personal group and selfies. Please refrain from photographing others, this honours and respects the personal energy and protects the groups vulnerability and experience while attending.

 

+ Personal space while setting up is important for the events, please do not disturb the setting up time. For many venues we are only allocated a 15 minute set up time before the event starts (or we pay for the extra hour). This is precious time to create the magic and appreciate the small wait before the doors open. Please do not enter without Victoria present.

+ Email communication has a 3-7 day response time, emails are responded to in order of priority. Please respect the delicate work/life balance of Wildlove Yoga, she's a one woman show. Weekends are out of office days. Invoices are due 48hrs after receiving unless staed otherwise.

​

+ If you have booked Wildlove Yoga for a personal event payment for the session must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event starting. A non-refundable deposit of 50% option is available. If you need to reschedule your event please contact Victoria as soon as possible, additional costs will be added to your fee.

​

+ Classes, 1:1 tuition and workshops are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the session starts. Your booking can be rescheduled to another event free of charge once, an additional 25% will be charged after this. No shows will still be charged, rescheduling after the event is not applicable. If Wildlove cancels the event you will be refunded. All payments must be made prior to the session starting.

+ Wildlove independant tuition. For those who book Wildlove Yoga for personal company events you will receive information and agreements. All invoices will need to be paid 60 days before the event begins.  Upon agreement you are confirming Wildlove Yoga as an independent service provider.

+ User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

+ Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, on our Website is the property of Wildlove Yoga or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our Website without prior written consent.

+ Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

 

+ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

 

+ Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
