Self Care Sunday Workshop - 23rd April

Another Self Care Sunday session is upon the horizon and I cant wait to share it with you! You are invited to come and enjoy a two hour workshop with gentle yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and different themes and philosophies that will bring you back home to yourself. Be led through a gentle journey that will help to calm the body and mind.

Within this session we will explore a lovely slow flow yoga practice to release the shoulders, upper back and hips. We are connecting to the Sacral chakra to aid fluidity within the body but also within our lives, enjoy creating more freedom of movement in a way that can help life be more adaptable and fluid.



These sessions are open to absolutely everyone (ages 16+) you do not need any experience! All postures are layered and modified in a way that will cater for all participants and you are also supported and encouraged to do what feels right for you. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are and not feel any pressure, enjoy time with yourself, your way.


Enjoy a free little homemade gift bag and enjoy some homemade vegan cake (made especially for this session!). Enjoy gathering and chatting to like minded souls, lets celebrate self care Sunday, lets calm our minds and reset ourselves ready for the working week ahead.
