Self Care Sunday - Upgraded!



I am delighted to share that my Self Care Sunday sessions have been upgraded, having ran them for such a long while I wanted to offer a deeper immersion into rest and personal growth on a physical & emotional level. They have been so gorgeous to share and I know that with my loving ideas and intentions that the sessions in the near future will be very special.


Each session will consist of a small meditation & mindfulness practice, a slow flow & Yin yoga practice with personalised and supportive hands on guidance (Ayurvedic/Thai massage adjustments*), enjoy a guided relaxation with essential oils and head massage and drift off to rest with soothing sounds of my chimes & singing bowls.


Each month will have a theme, be it a body part, a chakra centre, a season, an energy or intention and you will be guided through lovely layers that nourish the body & mind, allow yourself to surrender into my loving sessions and feel spacious and rebalanced.


The time of the session will be adjusted to 90 minutes from November, honouring your personal time and making it a little more accessible to prioritise that time within your day. This will also allow me to move other workshops around AND possible add another!

Self Care Sunday is a practice dedicated to bringing you back home to yourself. This is the perfect opportunity to align your body and mind while immersing yourself in the stunning views of the forest during your practice. The session offers a harmonious blend of experiences, from slow flow & Yin yoga with supportive hands on, breathing & mindfulness techniques, long cosy guided relaxation with essential oils, head massage & soothing sound bath. Every time you come to practice you will take away a new technique that can inspire personal & spiritual growth. You will also receive a little homemade self care gift bag to take away to treat yourself whenever you feel like it.

11.00-1.00pm

£20 per person +£2.22 booking fee

+ Be soothed by nature and admire the changing seasons at the Wyre Forest Discovery Centre.


+ Enjoy seasonal themes to soothe your body and mind.


+ Deepen your yoga practice with hands on guidance with ayurvedic massage adjustments, facial & head massage and personalised adaptions.


+ Open to all levels ages 16+, no experience necessary, all abilities welcome, modifications and optional adaptations are gently given within the session.


+ Take away a homemade personal self care gift bag to keep you inspired and pampered for the rest of the month.


+ Bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions (|bolster & blocks if you have them) and wear comfortable warm clothing.


The space we are practicing in is just behind the visitors centre, walk past the toilets on the left and you'll see a wooden building, we are in there!) Car park fee is about £4, it is advised to arrive early as other events may be happening at the same time. You can also buy yearly car park passes from the Wyre Forest for unlimited visits and forest time.
