I have recently started embracing hot/cold showers 🚿 and I can feel a difference in my energy levels already. I feel so invigorated and I love the tingling sensation when you move from cold water back to warm or hot. It’s strangely wonderful! Even on days when I don’t think I want to do it once I’m in the shower I can’t help but turn in down. I’m working up to getting into a cold shower 🥶 not quite built up the mental mindset yet!
