You are invited to come and join Victoria for 6 weekly sessions to hibernate and rebalance through the New Year & winter energy. Sacred rest is a beautifully curated course working with tools and techniques to soothe a busy mind, release aches & pains within the body, become more mindful, lengthen and stretch the muscles & connective tissues, aid deep relaxation and build confidence to implement rest.
Week 1 - Introduction, Breath, Movement & Relaxation
Week 2 - Abdominal Breathing & Yin Yoga.
Week 3 - TCM Meridian Line Insight & Postures.
Week 4 - Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga.
Week 5 - Mobility & Flow Yoga (floor based practice)
Week 6 -Restorative Yoga & Sound bath.
Week 7 - Optional free time session with questions, answers, feedback and group connection.
The foundation of each class is a lovely yoga practice with the use of your cushions & props from around the home, be inspired by interweaved wellbeing practices such as myofascial release, facial reflexology, TCM, self massage & sound healing. This course encompasses many lovely modalities to support & nourish you this season.
Course starts 13th Jan Upon booking you will receive a self care gift box with all of your course goodies!
Weekly Mondays 7.15-8.15pm (some sessions are extended) 6 week online course.

For these sessions you will need - A yoga mat, cushions, blanket, yoga blocks or bolsters.
This is a practice where you use props.

*Classes will be recorded and uploaded into the Sacred Rest Community group, participants will not be recorded. For those who have booked the whole course can catch up anytime for the duration of the course.
