Reflections of 2024🍃

What an incredible year it’s been, looking back on all of these memories really has made me smile so much & Im so grateful for all the things we have done together! Last December I gave up my Friday evening class after teaching it for 10 years, this decision was so I could have more freedom for my evenings & have the chance to make the most of long weekends where we could just go away if we wanted to. This year we have made the most of it & visiting wales has been so special & a true breath of fresh air away from the normal busy routine of life. This year I have been so lucky to have shared so many gorgeous classes & found my feet with my monthly offerings, I have taken Gus away abroad solo & had a very special trip with a bit of island hopping with my parents. I’ve made the most of my time this year & feel life’s been well balanced, my intention for next year is to do less (in the sense of my crazy admin brain) & drop back into a slower pace where we can have more nature time & get walking, embrace beach days, get away even more & spend more time with friends & family.

Along side my year being full of joy & playful moments I’ve had some interesting lessons with regards to my business & have had to form big boundaries & honour my self worth when it comes to being a solo business woman. One thing I will say is, know your worth & when the shit hits the fan, keep your head high, find your strength & move forwards with grace. You are the creator of your life & wellbeing & allow life to shine its glimmers of lessons to grow stronger from.

Im so grateful for my friends & family who have shared their love & support with me this year, I feel myself growing stronger connections & also more able to voice how I feel & also take care of myself when I feel overwhelmed. I am forever thankful for my man’s love & playful mind & of course mini bears smiles, snuggles & kind heart. I love you.

To each & every one of you who has been to a class, workshop & practiced with me, it has been an honour to meet you & know you. Thank you for everything.
