You are invited to come and join Victoria for 6 weekly sessions to celebrate the seasonal changes to reset the nervous system. Nervous system reset is a beautifully curated course working with tools and techniques to soothe a busy mind, release aches & pains within the body, become more mindful, lengthen and stretch the muscles & connective tissues, aid deep relaxation and build confidence to implement rest.
Week 1 - Introduction, Breath, Movement & Relaxation
Week 2 - Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga
Week 3 - Slow flow yoga & EFT
Week 4 - Restorative Yoga & Facial Reflexology
Week 5 - Meridians & Visualisation
Week 6 - Conclusion, Yin Yoga & Sound bath
The foundation of each class is a lovely yoga practice with the use of your cushions & props from around the home, be inspired by interweaved wellbeing practices such as myofascial release, facial reflexology, self massage, EFT & sound healing. This course encompasses many lovely modalities to support & nourish you this season.

For these sessions you will need - A yoga mat, cushions, blanket, yoga blocks or bolsters. This is a practice where you use props.
