You must go on adventures to find out where you belong.
This year has been a whirlwind, and for some of us we have been lucky enough to enjoy snippets of freedom and travel. If you’re in the UK you may have found new places you never knew existed because of lockdown, you may have honoured the ‘basic’ living that fell in our hands when supermarket visits were limited. You may have reflected on life before and you may feel as though you’re a completely different person. I feel this past year and a half has completely changed everything for me, and I will never take my freedom, adventure and most of all human connection foregranted.
We reflected on isolation and simple life and have kept it, we stripped our lives back to basics and literally live within our means, we make more time to be in nature rather than working around the clock for more money. These past few months have been beautiful sparkles that I want to carry throughout the rest of my life, that I can create a landscape of timelessness and just be, where ever I am in the world.
That the moments I’m alone with myself I am completely whole, nourished and grounded.
The moments I am with my beautiful boys that we make every minute an adventure and life one big massive playground.
The moments I’m with my friends and family they have my complete attention and devotion, and the moments I’m with complete strangers they have my eyes, ears and heart from a place of human connection and truth.
Thank you for sharing this journey with me, each and everyone of you.
