Januarys Workshops

January workshops ✨

Happy New Year my beautiful friends! How are you? We are still very much within the winter realms, with cold days but moments of sunshine do feel as though they are peaking through occasionally. The first workshops will soon be here and I cannot wait to see you all in such a special venue, as we are still moving through the energy of winter you can enjoy grounding practices that relax the body and mind. Expect lots of moments to rest, relax and unwind in the comfort of the Wyre Forest space.

Enjoy slowing down with one of these beautiful curated sessions with rest in mind, soak up the forest landscape as you are guided back to your own energy. These particular sessions are slow, restful and perfect for all levels of practitioner, I very often have new people in every session I share (thank you!) so beginners are always welcome! Bring cosy blankets and cushions and let's connect.

Enjoy crystal singing bowls, bird song, chimes and let the mind unravel into a safe space of nothingness. This is a sound bath without gong.

This year I'll be sharing a theme over the weekend of workshops, Saturday being YANG and Sunday being YIN. If you are looking for a slow and steady practice, accessible movement practices and guided meditations look up Mindful mornings, if you enjoy my upbeat classes and want to progress your practice in depth then look out for my new Movement Masterclass workshop!

Saturdays will have more awareness and energy, Sundays will have the sleepy theme, helping us to rest a busy mind and body before the new week ahead.

Capacity for my workshops are smaller than earlier this year (unless its a sound bath only session) as I'm conscious of getting around everyone for adjustments and want to leave space before and after classes for those attending to chat with myself and each other!

All my love, V x
