Family yoga & sound bath 11.00-12.00pm (Sold out) in the Wyre Forest - Forestry England children dress up, playful games and unruly behaviour welcome
Power flow yoga class 8.15-9.15pm at the Wyre Forest Leisure Centre, Kidderminster adults session with an upbeat playlist, challenging transitions and a deep relaxation. No membership needed, £8.50 for the class, drop in anytime, EVERYONE welcome!!
It’s been a few years since we dressed up and we HAVE to make the most of being creative, childlike and have fun! Prepare for playful sessions with creative flows and postures. No membership needed at the leisure centre, beginners welcome!
