February's workshops ✨

Welcoming the month of February, a new month that gently guides us towards the energy of spring. Your roots and foundations have been tended to throughout winter and now you'll slowly start to notice your energy rising, layer by layer, day by day we begin to move towards the seasonal new year. The theme for this months sessions are the Heart Chakra.

The energy centre of love, compassion and acceptance. You can enjoy yoga practices that will help unravel tension across the shoulders, upper back and chest. Learn to give yourself physical space and permission to energetically take up space. Sound baths with be beautiful crystal and himalayan singing bowl sessions with delicate chimes and fingers crossed my new hand made wave harp.

Enjoy slowing down with one of these beautiful curated sessions with rest in mind, soak up the forest landscape as you are guided back to your own energy. These particular sessions are slow, restful and perfect for all levels of practitioner, I very often have new people in every session I share (thank you!) so beginners are always welcome!

Bring cosy blankets and cushions and let's connect.

Saturday 24th January 11.00-12.30pm

Myofascial Yoga & yoga practice.

Myofascial release is a physical practice in which we manually release the connective tissues. Using a small ball we massage different fascial meridian lines to unlock physical tension and stress. It's one of the most amazing practices that can help to improve range of movement, soothes injury and helps us to gain flexibility, quickly. Why not come to practice and take a walk within the forest after?

Relaxation Yoga & Sound Bath

Enjoy crystal singing bowls, bird song, chimes and let the mind unravel into a safe space of nothingness. This is a sound bath without gong.

This year I'll be sharing a theme over the weekend of workshops, Saturday being YANG and Sunday being YIN. If you are looking for a slow and steady practice, accessible movement practices and guided meditations look up Mindful mornings, if you enjoy my upbeat classes and want to progress your practice in depth then look out for my new Movement Masterclass workshop!

Saturdays will have more awareness and energy, Sundays will have the sleepy theme, helping us to rest a busy mind and body before the new week ahead.

Capacity for my workshops are smaller than earlier this year (unless its a sound bath only session) as I'm conscious of getting around everyone for adjustments and want to leave space before and after classes for those attending to chat with myself and each other!

All my love, V x
