Reverse Warrior - Viparita Virabhadrasana

Starting in a wide stance facing the long right edge of the mat. Turn the left toes to the front edge of the mat and the right toes to the right hand side. The pelvis opens to the right hand side of the room/mat.
Bend deep into the left knee and stack the knee above the ankle, this will be your foundation and Warrior 2!
Rest the right hand on the right thigh and as you inhale reach the left hand and arm up to the sky.
The body will extend into a side bend and over time we can slide the lower hand (right) down the leg. Stay strong within the legs and allow the ribs to open.
Breathe into the chest and waist and as you exhale reach and draw your core in!
