Hey Wildling,

Happy April blessings! Spring has finally sprung (I think!) and we are able to feel the sunshine on our faces and feel a deep shift within our bodies and minds. You may start to notice the de-cluttering appearing within your physical & mental life, this could mean clearing out the cupboards, taking stuff to the charity shops, de-spamming your email inbox, categorizing & making lists. Its time to clear space for the new, we have emerged from your winter caves to create a clearer pathway as we move forwards for the rest of the year. This means loosening the grip of the things that may have felt to heavy, to recalibrate and be willing to let go to move forwards.

Spring is a time of expansion and transformation, to move through the lessons of life and gain wisdom from truly feeling our feelings, acknowledging the hard moments and shining brighter through each chapter we move through. Let your face towards the sunlight, let stress shrug off the shoulders and lets enjoy practicing together celebrating the qualities of abundance, curiosity, inner power and self belief.

Themes:

The Solar plexus & the Root Chakra are playing a big part in this energy of Spring. Within TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) we also celebrate the element of wood where we rebirth, grow & expand. The organs related to Spring are the Liver & Gallbladder which are connected to planning and organising, when we create a structure or routine it can help us to create more space for other things. Each session has the season in mind and you can always enjoy something different each time! All workshops are deeper immersions with more of a personal touch, they really give you an opportunity to delve into the realms of self care and personal development. You don't need any experience, you don't need to do yoga, you just need a little spark of curiosity that wants to help you better yourself, improve your health and wellbeing, to gain a clearer mind and to live a more fulfilling life. I promise you wont be disappointed, and maybe, just maybe, after coming to one you may feel so much better within yourself.

You are invited to join Victoria for a day retreat to celebrate the summers sunshine within the most beautiful nature space in the Victorian Orangery at Hopton Court Estate. Be held in a nurturing container where you can enjoy practices of self care and mindfulness that will bring you back to a sense of self. This is a retreat day inspired by practices of slow living, teaching you to slow down, embrace acceptance, and find more presence and flow within life. Come and be guided into a new way of being, reconnect to a sense of self that is filled with love, attention to detail and an open mind.

Welcome to your inner Sanctuary.

Enjoy mindfulness practices amongst the jasmine flowers that blanket the Victorian Orangery walls. Settle and connect with a tea ceremony, move through delicious flowing yoga, find presence in meditation, enjoy guided Guasha face massage with Rose Quartz and unwind the day with a live angelic sound healing relaxation.

The venue is the most beautiful setting that overlooks the Shropshire countryside. Tucked away in a private Estate, you'll feel you're away from busy life, exactly what this retreat day is designed for. Find comfort and an opportunity to rebalance, reconnect and rekindle your self care journey.

Open to all practitioners, ages 18+. This is a women's only session. All elements and practices are guided wholeheartedly with layers and modifications. Hands on assists will be offered to instill trust and surrender. You will be immersed in inclusive and supportive practices that allow you to show up exactly as you are.

Let's take time to breathe, move, and rest. It will be lovely to share space with you!






 



SELF CARE SUNDAY SESSIONS

Self Care Sunday sessions are the most beautiful get togethers that help us to rebalance, reset and refresh our bodies and minds for the week ahead. These self care sessions are a staple within Victoria's offerings and even though they're only 2 hours long you will be filled up to the brim with many practices, techniques and tools to nourish your heart & soul!

+ Bookings can be made via the workshops page.

+ Sessions are £22.22 per person.

+ The space is held indoors over looking the forest, disabled access & toilets available.

+ Parking is to be paid separately upon arrival, either by app (its best) or at the machine.

Be guided through a morning of yoga, meditation, self massage, face yoga, sound healing and many more magical modalities. Take away a mindful handmade gift bag with pamper treats for the month, you can enjoy a lush soap, neal's yard sample, health snack & many other lovely handpicked treats.


 



FOREST SOUND HEALING SESSIONS


These sound bath sessions in the forest are the most beautiful workshops where you can pause, rest and drift off into the deepest state of relaxation. Enjoy being guided through gentle breathing meditation and body scan relaxations, move a busy mind into the present moment. This is not a movement session, you will be lying down wrapped in your blankets and cosy layers for the full duration.

No experience is needed, just a need for rest. This is a perfect practice for everyone, busy minds, all facets of stress in modern lives. This is the perfect place to reset. I want to fill this space, with gorgeous souls, where we can enjoy the reminder of being human. That we can all be held, without interaction or expression, that we can all softly fall into stillness and ease, comfortably without expectation.

Classes at the Wyre Forest Leisure Centre are suitable for absolutely everyone, they are inclusive, suited to all bodies' where you can enjoy layered postures and modifications to suit your pace and needs. Beginners welcome, drop in, no membership needed!


 

COMFORT & CALM

Comfort & Calm is the most nourishing practice. Enjoy a deeper immersion into personal healing & philosophies with beautiful combined teachings from two very close friends with very different personal explorations. This session is created to nurture each participant on an individual level. Enjoy guided breathing techniques to calm a busy mind, restorative & yin yoga to relax tension within the body. Be wrapped with blankets and settle for a beautiful sound healing practice to rebalance the body and mind. Tuning forks are placed upon the body, tibetan moon bowls over the body. Let the whole body rest with a facial massage, crystal healing and enjoy astrology & moon guidance to support your wellbeing at the given time of year. We want to create a cocoon of safety, rest & allow each participant to show up as they are. Find comfort with being human and surrender into the support of both Victoria & Rebecca.

Supporting yourself in spring

Celebrating the arrival of Spring! Spring equinox is a day that can help us appreciate the balance in life. Light & dark are equal, yin & yang, masculine & feminine. It's a beautiful time to notice the significant changes in nature, we may still have grey clouds and raindrops but you will notice a pop of colour in the hedgerows, magnolia in bloom and gorgeous daffodils shining in all their glory as the energy of Spring doesn't hold back and bursts itsway out of the Winter slumber.

Wildlove Yoga is a heartmade business built and created by Victoria Waits. Her offerings are unique, manifested from the heart and strives to bring people back home to themselves. With this in mind the terms and conditions for her offerings are as follows:

+ Classes are inclusive to all, Victoria feels yoga is for every, body. No matter what age or ability you are, you will be held and supported in your uniqueness. Every class offers layers and suitability to every participant, no matter how many are in a class. Beginners are welcome to join anytime!

+ Classes, workshops and events are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the session starts. Your booking can be rescheduled to another event free of charge once. No shows will still be charged, rescheduling after the event is not applicable. If Wildlove cancels the event you will be refunded.

+ No photo policy - This is something sacred to Victoria's offerings, she will never photograph a session while teaching or its participants. If you attend you are welcome to take photos of the set up/alter/soundscape your personal group or selfies. Please refrain from photographing others, this honours and respects the personal energy and protects their vulnerability while attending.

+ Health declarations are to be filled in when booking a session, this is to keep your account up to date (regardless of if there are no changes), it complies with Wildlove insurance policies and keeps Victoria in the know about any personal requirements you may have. + Personal space while setting up is important for the events, please do not disturb the setting up time. For many venues we are only allocated a 15 minute set up time before the event starts (or we pay for the extra hour). This is precious time to create the magic and appreciate the small wait before the doors open. Please do not enter without Victoria present.
